Postal Strike: We are unaffected as we use a courier service for all our deliveries.
Shipping is free to UK mainland addresses for all orders over £75 in total. Overseas customers please note that although shipping is calculated at the checkout and covers items up to 1.3 metres in length and 30KG in weight. Overseas shipment of skis is done at cost please e-mail us for a shipping quote.
Stock: We get asked routinely if we have the items on this website in stock. The answer is that 99.9% of the time yes. Occassionaly we miss that an item has sold out in store. If in the unlikely event that that happens we will contact you as soon as possible, either by e-mail or phone, and confirm a date for delivery, or if you wish to cancel your order. Be assured that no monies are ever taken from you until the goods are ready to ship. |
| Carriage Terms Carriage is free over £75.
We endeavour were possible to ship same day, and certainly next day at the latest.
All items are sent by Parcelforce, Items under 1.5metres in length and under 30Kg in weight are sent by 24 hour service.(Next Day gauranteed).
Larger items by Parcelforce 48 hour bulk delivery service. Both services require a signature for
receipt, so you may need to consider an alternative delivery address if no one is likely
to be at home to receive the delivery. |
